I don't dry clean anymore so I was 😳 when it cost $15 to press a suit. Clerk was nice and allowed me to wait on it.

EDIT: The store resolved my lost pants issue quickly and without complaint. I am impressed. I will continue to use this dry cleaner as they do an excellent job and are reasonably priced. The location is also great. Thank you Martinizing management ! I have been coming here for 3 months an average of once every two weeks to get all of my dress pants and shirts done. They have done an acceptable job. Recently, I dropped two pants and two shirts off to have dry cleaned. I arrived to pick up the completed order only to find out they "think they gave both pairs of pants to another customer on Saturday" (three days prior). She brought up my shirts that were not given away, didn't think twice to charge me the $5.36 despite the fact that the dry cleaner had lost two $100 pairs of dress pants that I loved and used daily at my job. It has been one week and I have received no follow up call from management and I expect no reciprocity to be given for the lost dress pants. Honestly, I'm really disappointed because the workers are always so nice but I will have to switch to another local dry cleaner. For me, dry cleaners have two jobs and they failed at keeping my clothes safe from loss.

This is a really great business. It’s run well and they are honest people. Everyone that works there takes good care of your things and they’ll go over the processes for specific items beforehand. Tell your friends and family about them.

So, why do I Love Martinizing Royal Oak? A shirt was damaged. Kathy contacted me & I told her to trash-it.---20 yrs old. Had no idea they'd sent out for repair - looks brand new! Moreover, I always point out imperfections during drop off. Last week a blazer had a cracked button on sleeve. Half was gone. When I picked-up clothes next day, the cracked button was replaced AND the jacket buttons were reinforced! Martinizing Royal Oak you are the Best...Thank You!!

I dropped off a handful of work clothes and was given a bulk discount of 30%! I paid a very reasonable price for my dry cleaning and everything came out looking and feeling so much better than how I dropped it off! I will be back.

I had an emergency. Stain on my dress shirt out of the packaging. They were able to get it cleaned and pressed within 2 hours. This will be my go to drycleaners
