I’m a first time customer. I have reasons to give 4 stars but I am going to say that I AM satisfied with this service. The shirts I sent, to test the quality, were selected from my favorite items and they came back in pristine shape. That being said, the app didn’t work and I had to reach out about my items in the locker. I was told I would get a cool blue bag but they just tagged my bag, that I had lying around, and returned it. The price was higher for some items but I am comfortable with the outcome. I will continue to do business with this team as they have earned my trust. I was given a time frame of when they would be done with my items the day of drop off. On pickup day, I received a timely notification that it was ready for pickup. The attendant was polite, professional, and very nice! This location is in Providence Village. I will certainly use them again! Thanks guys!
